Rachel is a clinical psychology resident at Restigouche Family Services. Holding a doctorate in psychology, she has wide-ranging expertise in the fields of occupational and clinical psychology. Thanks to her keen interest in research, she has gained expertise in leadership, well-being and psychological health in the workplace, toxic behaviours, stress and trauma. Her approach is based on the latest scientific advances and best practices. She adapts her methods to meet the specific needs of each individual, group and organization.

During her nearly 20 years of international experience in various sectors, including health care and government, Rachel provided consulting services to a diverse clientele. Her inclusive approach is enriched by her exposure to cultural diversity and her fluency in three languages, including Spanish.

Rachel is highly regarded for her ability to build relationships based on trust and inspire others to do the same. She maintains professional ethics and respects the boundaries of her clients while guiding them towards their goals.
