As a psychologist, she provides in-depth evaluations and interventions based on a holistic approach. She uses a variety of methods, including eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, compassion and nervous system regulation therapy, aimed at providing a comprehensive response to her clients’ complex needs.
