We are thrilled to introduce Holly, a dedicated and compassionate therapist at Restigouche Family Services, leading our new program: Sacred Bundles: Indigenous Counselling Services Grounded in First Nations Culture.
Holly is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology graduate from Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She also holds an undergraduate degree from St. Thomas University, majoring in Gerontology. As a Licensed Counselling Therapist – Candidate with the College of New Brunswick, Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice.
Working with adults and children (age ten and above), Holly supports those facing diverse life challenges, limiting beliefs, trauma, and life-altering experiences. She is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can speak your truth.

Her approach is deeply rooted in her Indigenous culture and ways of healing that honor a holistic approach to being well. She strives to create a safe, non-judgmental and inclusive space for healing and places great emphasis on ensuring each client feels heard and leaves each session feeling lighter. Her training in Reiki Energy Healing allows her to incorporate aspects of this approach into her work for clients who are interested in this option. Each session is tailored to the needs of the individual as she supports you through the path your journey takes you.
