Vanessa Ashley Williamson is the Coordinator for the Respite House at Restigouche Family Services. She holds an Honours Certificate in Community Service Assistance and brings strong experience in residential coordination, crisis intervention, and person-centred care. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in case management, behavioural assessment, trauma-informed practice, and building trusting, respectful relationships that support the well-being of individuals and families.

In her role, Vanessa oversees the daily operations of the Respite House, including logistics, intake procedures, and program coordination to help maintain a safe, stable, and supportive environment for clients, their families, and staff. She is passionate about ensuring that every individual has access to the support, stability, and sense of community they deserve. She values continuous learning and finds great fulfillment in seeing the positive impact that she and her team have on the lives of children, youth, adults, and their families.
