Myah-Jayne Barristo is the Supervisor of Stabilization Services at Restigouche Family Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from St. Thomas University and brings extensive experience supporting both youth and adults. Her work is rooted in building strong relationships, creating safe and inclusive spaces, and helping individuals feel heard, respected, and supported.
Myah-Jayne supports individuals in recognizing their needs, understanding the barriers they may be facing, and developing tools to help them move forward. She is known for her compassionate approach, crisis management skills, and clear, supportive communication. She has also completed Mental Health First Aid training and provides services in both English and French.
