Before joining her current role, Nathalia worked as a youth employment coach at the Bathurst Youth Centre, supporting young people in their transition into the workforce. She also contributed to the youth department at the Campbellton Centennial Library, creating welcoming and engaging programs for children and families.
In her role as Residential Services Supervisor, Nathalia oversees multiple residences and the respite home, ensuring that children and youth receive safe, inclusive, and supportive care.
