Nathalia Riordon is the Residential Services Supervisor, bringing a strong background in supporting children and youth across educational and community settings. She holds a diploma in Business Management and has developed extensive experience helping young people grow, learn, and succeed.

Before joining her current role, Nathalia worked as a youth employment coach at the Bathurst Youth Centre, supporting young people in their transition into the workforce. She also contributed to the youth department at the Campbellton Centennial Library, creating welcoming and engaging programs for children and families.

In her role as Residential Services Supervisor, Nathalia oversees multiple residences and the respite home, ensuring that children and youth receive safe, inclusive, and supportive care. Known for her creativity, empathy, and collaborative approach, she is dedicated to fostering environments where young people can thrive.

Beyond her professional work, Nathalia has been involved in community initiatives, including volunteering with youth-focused organizations and supporting local committees. Her leadership, dedication, and commitment to care make her a valued member of the organization.
